The Bay of Buddha showcases the best from Japan, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and Thailand. Pondicherry has had a long history of trade and immigration with “Indo-Chinese” and taking in those elements, the chef has crafted an interesting menu. The eclectic menu consists of fragrant dishes such as Tom Kha Kai, Khmer Roast Chicken, Seafood Sushi Platter, and Holy Basil Cheesecake.

The restaurant overlooking the shimmering waters of the Bay of Bengal is designed keeping in mind South East Asian elements. Water bodies and subtle lighting infuse the restaurant with a warmth that is sophisticated, making dining an exceptional experience.
